• Newcomer Strategy for Double-Hand Poker

Pai Gow Poker is a current game with old origins. Built on the ancient Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the east with the wild west in a fantastic game for new gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler versus the dealer, unlike the majority of other poker games that gamblers bet against other players. By competing against the dealer, beginner players don’t have to fret about other, more skillful people taking their mulla.

Another Pai Gow edge is the relatively leisurely game pace, rookies should be able to take their time and scheme without needing to make frenzied selections.

It is also easier to wager on for a long time with basically a small amount of money since, to lose, both of your hands must be lower than both of the casino’s hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the regular 52-card standard deck and one joker. The player is dealt seven cards faces showing and the croupier is given 7 cards face down.

A 5 card hand and a two card hand must be put together from the 7 cards, the five card hand has to be stronger than the 2 card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand totals to be larger than the dealer’s.
